You might wanna lay on your couch or on a chair by the beach. Know matter what you do to relax it will calm you down or cheer you up. You can do what ever you want. When ever I want to relax I listen to music and watch TV. Sometimes I even cook.
You can read a book, take a hike, meditate, write, listen to music, or get massage. Some people try acupuncture. I my self would not want random people stick needles inside of me.
